About MCL Grievance Redressal Forum

The MCL Grievance Redressal Forum is one place to lodge, track and settle grievances for Mahanadi Coalfields Limited. Grievances can be lodged by employees, retired employees, land oustees, project-affected persons, local residents, contractors, vendors, unions and the general public. Each grievance goes to the concerned Area and department.

The forum has these features:

  • Grievance can be lodged from a computer or a mobile phone
  • A unique Grievance ID is created automatically
  • Grievances are sorted by category and department
  • Fixed time limit (SLA) for each category
  • Automatic escalation to higher levels when a grievance is late
  • View current status of a grievance using the Grievance ID
  • Upload supporting documents (PDF, JPG or PNG)
  • Warning if the same grievance may already exist
  • Management dashboard with charts, heat map and reports
  • Reports can be downloaded as Excel or PDF
